6. Your prescriptions
The medicines, which you have to continue for a longer time period, can have negative effect on bones health.
Some glucocorticoids like cortisone and prednisone can also result in bone loss. Anti-seizure drugs are also bad for your bones.
7. Avoid over consumption of sodas, coffee and tea
Higher consumption of cola-flavored sodas can also damage your bones due to its phosphorus and caffeine content. Consuming several cups of tea or coffee can also be destructive for bones.
8. Don’t take wheat bran with milk
No doubt, wheat bran is a healthy food but when you take it with milk then body absorbs smaller quantity of calcium. Also avoid taking calcium supplement immediately after having wheat bran. There must be a gap of at least 2 hours between these two eatables.
